The personal-loans marketplace was a list nobody could make sense of and a surface no team wanted to own. I reframed it into a grouped shopping experience that members actually understand, validated through live experimentation, and it drove a multi-million-dollar monthly revenue lift.

Designing filters for shoppers drowning in offers

Members were landing on hundreds of look-alike offers with no good way to narrow them. I led the research, tested five filtering concepts with real shoppers, and shipped a pinned, simplified filter where 20%+ of members who opened it reached for the new options, proof the demand for deeper filtering was real.
